Hi, my name is Jack. I am a 23-year old grad student playing to move with my 2 well behaved cats to Cincinnati to start my PhD in the fall. I am looking for a vacant apartment to rent in Cincinnati starting in early August. Since I’ll be on a grad school stipend my budget is a tight $800.
