Seeking new place w/ new house mate

Hey everyone, I’m moving to Glendale/peoria this summer and looking to go in on a house with person or two. I’m a 40 year old professional who also is a full time student plus internship. I travel twice a month for work. Seeking a house, I have 1 cool cat and would love a backyard and possibly a pool too. I love traveling. Snorkeling. Musuems, movies, and being in nature. Baby hiker and would love to have a chill housemate that is calm and doesn’t slam doors. I’m respectful and won’t eat your food or use your stuff without explicit permission. Pursing my dream to become a social worker. Love music and concerts and would love random movie nights or something fun with housemates but not a requirement. Single/no kids just me
