Looking to sublet for one person in a 2-bedroom and a 1–bathroom apartment during the summer from (May 1st – August 30th) with my roommate in the other room so it will be a shared bathroom as well. I’m looking for 700 a month with all utilities included. Including, the Wi-Fi is 49.40 a month (Bell 1.5 Gigabit Fibe – Unlimited) fast upload speed, slower download speed, good for multiple devices active at once. The place is in a beautiful area of Ottawa, a 20-minute walk to the closest O-Train station, close to multiple buses less than a 1-minute walk, and a 10-minute walk towards Centertown (Grocery Stores, food, gas stations, coffee shops, etc.). Very Quiet building, room has lots of privacy. I am also sharing the space with my roommate but there is enough space to store extra appliances, groceries, etc. -Fully furnished kitchen with an electric stovetop as well as living room space (If needed can provide furniture/already set up)

Overall, I need someone before May 1st – August 30th at the latest. Good spot for travelling in a bus towards hot spots in the city (1-hour for Algonquin, 10-15-minutes for Ottawa U/Rideau Mall). Also, a 10-minute walk to Centertown, two feet out the door you’ll find barbershops, small grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment is very nice and is very targeted for privacy.
