Cutest Roomie in North Phoenix!

Hi guys! My name is Ashlea! I am a responsible, reasonable, laid back, fun, artist lover. I work 5-6 days per week from 8am to 5pm. I absolutely LOVE my job, as Office Manager and Customer Liason: and I have poured my heart into my company. I am looking for a small room to rent, near Cave Creek Road and Greenway Road in North Phoenix. I need to be close to my job, and my network of friends and family, here in this area.I can pay $560 per month, plus a small deposit. I know that is a bit less than rooms are generally going for, but I can make up where I lack in cash. I have access to high-end appliances like: Wolf, Viking, SUBZERO, Miele, etc. As well as Custom Built Cabinetry: Custom Made Doors and Windows, Lovely Fixtures, Spa-Like Bathtubs, Ornate Mirrors, Beautiful Bathroom Vanities: and more. I will steadily upgrade the appliances [REDACTED] a 6 month period... trust me, you'll love my sense of style and interior design! I am super easy going and low maintenence. I don't often hang out in the shared spaces I mainly just use the kitchen for making bombass smoothies & shakes, for me and my buddies... then retreat back into my bedroom. I am super into fashion- (so I pride myself [REDACTED] looks like a Dream!) and I am an artist jn every respect- ( I always have my project and paints out.).During the week, i often stay over at a friend's place, and go to work from there in the am. If i come home late at night, i am calm, quiet, and cordial. Other week nights, i stay in, and paint wood furniture with acrylics, Unicorn Spit Rainbow wood stain, and spray paints...Sometimes on weekends, I pick up side jobs. My home and my room are my sanctuary 💕 and I behave accordingly... Ashlea.

Hey Roommates! I am Ashlea! I want to start off by mentioning, that every morning I wake up happy and hopeful, and forgiving. Because every morning is the beginning of a brand new day! I am a lover and a good friend. I have big dreams and some unique, innovative business ideas. I am fun and super laid back, I am a little on the quiet side. I have a few close friends, that I sometimes hang out with. It would be ideal, if they were allowed to come visit me and hang out and have smoothies. I make bomb ass smoothies, that will [REDACTED] for my blender, ice cream: and frozen fruit! I work from 8am to 4pm Monday through Saturday. On Sunday, I have a few side hustles, like selling high-end appliances on marketplace, and upcycling solid wood furniture pieces, and selling them online. Some weekends I'll do a couple of landscaping jobs, and home repair jobs with my business partner, for a few of our customers. I am a big fashionista, a lover and an artist. I love animals, children, old people, the rich, the poor, the black, the white, I can find a way to love just about anyone. The artist side of me is always on fire, I can be a bit messy when I am working, buti can't help it: i am creative and my work is ever-evolving. I always have a project out, that I am working on. So my paint supplies, and tool kit, will be spread out and in use often. I absolutely love interior design and fashion. So my bedroom looks like a dream and I always dress super cute. I have to admit, I smoke cigarettes. But I only smoke outside. I think smoking inside is disgusting and it's not my thing. I live my life with intension, love ❤️. Once you have solidified yourself as Mt friend or lover, you will be a permanent fixtures in my life. My sense of loyalty is boundless. I am a little bit of a loner right now... so I am taking applications for a new best friend, because mine moved out of state! Lol so if you're in the market, let me know! Ashlea
