Good Vibes, Big Friendly Dog

Looking for short- to long-term roommates. Up until this point, I’ve been living in my own place in Denver, but I’m not loving it and think I’d do better with the right (unicorn) roommates. Not picky about male or female—just good vibes.
I have an older, very large dog, so I’d need someone who’s open to that. Ideally, you don’t have other animals but are comfortable with one and respectful of the breed. He’s a great dude—everyone loves him, and he loves everyone—but he is a livestock guardian breed, so there needs to be an understanding of boundaries that don’t always apply to other dogs. Other than that he just kinda lays there like a large sleeping bear.

I’d love roommates who are active and okay with someone who might take off to travel from time to time. I’m a veteran and currently in grad school, so ideally people in a similar stage of life and understanding, though I’m not too picky about age.
I’d also prefer roommates who are on the same page about having a cleaning service come by weekly—I think that’s the best way to keep everyone happy and the space running smoothly.
