We are a friendly, responsible family of three looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house to rent in the Newbury area, ideally within the Park House School catchment. Our budget is £1,400–£1,700 per month. About us: We are a couple with 10-year-old son and one neutered, calm 6-year-old cat. Both of us are in stable, permanent employment and can provide employer references, previous landlord references, and proof of income on request. We are clean, quiet, and respectful tenants who take real pride in looking after our home. We're looking to settle long-term in the right property.
