Hello! We are trying to find a tenant for one of our bedrooms that we have in the house at Fairfield,CA. The house is 8 minutes away from Travis Air Force Base, 4 minutes from a Raley’s and 18 minutes from Vacaville Outlets. The rent stated includes all the utilities as well. It will be a shared bathroom for both rooms. And the rest of the house is accessible and free to use for all housemates. We have an office room and living room for anyone who is working from home and needs an office space! The lease is month to month with a 30 day notice if the lease needs to be ended. $500 for the deposit.
