Lease Takeover – 2 Bed / 1 Bath Apartment (Entire Unit) – 2026–2027 Year. We are looking for someone to take over our lease for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at New Park (Park Doral) for the 2026–2027 school year. Available July or August 2026. You would void our current lease and sign a brand-new lease directly with the leasing office, with the option to renew for the following year. About the apartment:
This is a recently renovated unit that has only been lived in for one year and still feels almost brand new. The bedrooms and living room are very spacious. We did not have pets and did not smoke while living here, so the apartment has been very clean and well maintained. It will also be professionally cleaned before move-in. It is a third-floor unit, which has been great for minimizing noise, and there is no extra cost for being on the third floor. Rent and utilities:
Rent is $700 per person per month ($1,400 total), which is $100 per month below the standard rate. Water (including hot water) and WiFi are included. Gas and electric are separate and average about $20-30 per person per month. Community amenities:
The complex is pet-friendly and offers plenty of free parking. Amenities include a balcony, pool, and on- gym. The community is generally quiet and would be ideal for grad students or post-baccs, but it is open to anyone. Location:
