The open room is a primary bedroom with private bath at Eagles Landing in Westminster, CO. This is a first floor 2br 2bth apartment with one roommate, front door goes directly outside (no private hallway). The room is big and has two large windows with a view of the flowers and yard. Sorry, no dogs:( there is a cat in the apartment who is sweet unless there is a pupper present. Price is honestly unbeatable. The grounds are well maintained, the staff is super friendly, understanding, responsive, and they're locally owned so they don't hike up prices needlessly. I've lived in 8 different apartment complexes throughout my life and this is the best by a thousand miles. What I'm looking for in a roomie: Preferably a woman, but not a dealbreaker necessarily. This is a quiet community so no loud parties/music. Respectful of space and please clean up after yourself. I'm not about that dorm life anymore. Open communication is VITAL for sharing a space, so I need someone that will not let things fester. It's very difficult to hurt my feelings. Fascists need not apply and you know what I mean. Okay a little about me. My name is Emily (I go by Edie), I'm 32, and I work at a non-profit organization called Developmental Pathways. I work from home but do go out a lot on weekends. I don't ever have people over, but obviously don't care if you do. I'm alcohol sober but I don't mind if there are drinks in the apt! Basically this place is awesome and I am a roommate that will respect your space, however much of it you need!
