The rent is inclusive of the utility bills and super-fast WiFi. The double room is in a ready-to-move-in condition and has a king size bed frame and mattress, large wardrobe, large working desk and office chair, table lamp, large bookcase, drawers, plenty of space for storage, and more (please see pics).

Shared living area, kitchen, and bathroom in a 3-bed house with regular cleaning provided in all communal areas.

All white goods are included - e. g. large fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle
, cookware & cutlery etc.
