My roommate and I have three private rooms opening up in our bath house located in the Reseda/Tarzana area ✨ General house details (applicable to all rooms): • security deposit • Three-month initial lease, month-to-month afterward • ~$ average monthly utilities (typically lower during cooler months when AC isn’t in use) • Laundry on • Street parking always available (no street cleaning restrictions) • Fenced backyard with fire pit • Quiet, residential neighborhood • Minutes from Trader Joe’s, Laidrey’s Coffee, and other Ventura Blvd spots You’d be living with two current female tenants, and through March there will be a third female roommate in Room 3 who will be moving out by April.
