An earlier or later move in date is possible. You will have your own furnished bedroom and a full bathroom. Elevator in the building. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air conditioning and heat in unit. Balcony off the living room. Lease is month to month. I occupy the master bedroom that has its own bathroom. No credit check required. Proof of income and a reference is required. Rent includes high speed internet and utilities are an extra one hundred dollars each month.
