Hi everyone! My boyfriend, best friend (M), and I (F) are looking for someone to move into our 4th bedroom in N. Austin! We live in the Lakeline area in a quiet, gated community and have been here for over a year!
We're looking for a fourth roommate for our townhome since our friend will be moving out end of January with their SO. We have 3 sweet cats, Mochi, Mojito, and Tarot, about 5 min from HEB, 3 min. from H-Mart, and various restaurants/stores.
We're friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly, and between the 3 of us, enjoy raving, crafting, thrifting, hiking, and would love to have someone we can also be friends with!

Our lease ends in November of .

Costs: Base rent of $ + split utilities between 4 people

Room: A medium-sized bedroom with its own full bathroom & multi-tiered walk-in closet

Amenities:
- Shared access to fully-furnished balcony, living room, washer/dryer, and kitchen
- Pool with grills
- Clubhouse with kitchen, pool table, gym, conference rooms, and dog wash.
- Walking trail next to the apartment complex
