About the house:
The house is located on a small, quiet street in the Winghaven neighborhood. Great kitchen! Property also has a pool, hot tub, large grill, smoker, fire pit, gardens and many other amenities. Backyard is wooded and feels secluded. There are two senior dogs living on the property (hound mix and lab mix). We are not interested in adding any more dogs, but you can have a small pet in your room.
The property is not fully wheelchair accessible, but it is set up to be comfortable for people with mobility issues.
Yes, we have wifi. We can even offer hardwired connections for the work-from-home crowd. Streaming services include Spectrum, Disney, Amazon, MLB, NFL Network, Paramount Plus, and more.
About the Current Residents:
Retirees and older adults only. Mixed gender.
