Looking for a young professional or student that doesn’t smoke, is courteous and easy to get along with. Includes, electricity, heat, A/C, Vios internet, washer/dryer and driveway parking. There's also a pool and hot tub seasonally (Pool: June-September, Hot Tub: April-November) Great neighborhood close to parks and recreation while also ten minutes to Albany.

It's just me living here now with my cat Tiki (pictured) she is very sweet. And an occasional person staying over from time to time.
