We’re renting out a private downstairs bedroom and private bathroom in our spacious, well-maintained home.

The room:
•Downstairs bedroom with hardwood floors
•Large window and great natural light
•Private bathroom down the hall (vanity + standing shower)
•Bedroom and bathroom are separate for extra privacy

The house:
•Pool with water feature (fully gated)
•Hot tub (fits 8) being hooked up within ~6 weeks
•Outdoor misters for summer
•Samsung washer & dryer (2 years old)
•Induction stove
•Water softener + reverse osmosis (recently checked)
•Second fridge in garage

Garage note: currently holding storage and items from moving, will be cleared within the next month or so.

Pets:
large dogs (one is temporary while dog-sitting). Must be comfortable with animals.

About us:
Two women and one man (my fiancé). We’re full-time online students and working professionals. We travel often to see family in Florida. We enjoy game nights, shared dinners, swimming, barbecues, golf, bowling, and occasional trips around the West Coast.

Looking for:
Someone responsible, clean, respectful of shared spaces, comfortable with pets, and used to bills on time.

Lease runs through next May,
we’re open to flexible lease lengths.
