Roomie Needed for Lease Takeover

Private bedroom with own bathroom available! My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend at the end of our lease (up for renewal starting March 7th) so I’m looking for someone to take her room. The apartment gets lots of natural light and is in an amazing location, convenient access to 2 major highways,
Perimeter Mall, and even restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You’d think for such a great location, it would be a loud neighborhood but it’s actually really peaceful. We’re on the top floor so no noisy overhead neighbors! Our building has access to covered parking as well. A bit about me, I’m a musician, actor, and graphic designer and I have one cat (5 years old). Pets are welcome as long as they’re friendly and respectful! My kiddo would love to have a friend to play with 🐾 We keep a really clean and tidy house and hope you are looking for that, too. No couples or kids, please, but LGBTQ+ and 🍃-
friendly as long as you partake outside 😄 Our porch is huge so it’s a great place to hang :)
