Private room with a private bathroom in a brand-new apartment featuring amenities, including a gym, running track, pool, spa, sky deck, large dedicated workspaces, and conference rooms ideal for remote work. The room offers a beautiful pool view.

High-speed internet is included and available throughout the apartment and all common areas of the community.

Community approval and a security check are required. For privacy overnight guests and visitors inside the apartment are not permitted. However, the building offers multiple shared spaces for hosting guests, such as the clubhouse and community kitchen.

The apartment kitchen and lundary inside the apartment is shared. I rarely cook and mostly use the microwave.

Smoking is not allowed. I live a healthy, quiet lifestyle and am looking for a like-minded roommate. Alcohol consumption inside the apartment is not appreciated.

The room comes furnished with a bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a new bathtub. Valet trash service is provided nightly. Kindly send a message only. Thank you.
