Hi, I have a private bath available in my new home. The rent is $ per month. No pets are allowed, and no smoking. I want someone who is Respectful, kind and God fearing that will be clean and treat the house like hers.. And now that we are going to winter, i wear thick pejamas to protect myself and I only turn heater on when it’s degrees or less. And just for a few hours too. So, sharing these utilities with another adult might increase the cost by double (hopefully not triple, lol), but the total monthly expenses shouldn't be more than about $ if we both continue to manage utilities responsibly.
