Private area w divider by month

this is a peaceful comfortable private area at the end of the house with a twin bed, dresser under storage bed and dividers little light fan and access to the laundry room to hang clothes garage for storage and a bathroom shared with one person :-) it is actually very comfortable. The owner of the house lived in it for months and many others have rented it for a month for a comfortable safe cheap place to get settled and ended up staying for many months. The house is large, quiet, clean new four years old. There is a backyard free parking garage, the most awesome dog in the world, on two roommates who are very good energy, trustworthy responsible, clean working professionals. this will go quickly. I’m just renting it by the month, especially while everyone’s traveling or out of town a lot over the holidays and next few months. I will be gone a lot of the time so will another roommate. You’ll have access to the whole house, kitchen backyard deck TV living room is hardly ever used. This is a great space for someone who just needs a comfortable clean peaceful place to sleep and get ready there is a little TV people have put in the dresser and you can comfortably watch TV in the area by yourself.
