You will have a shared bathroom with your own sink and storage space. Youll be sharing the bathroom with a male tenant who is tidy and keeps to himself. Community has clubhouse for pool, hot tub, gym, grills and etc. Preserve community in Chino. Very safe and family oriented neighborhood. Washer dryer in house. Will have designated space in the pantry and fridge to store your items. Due to my pet already at the residence, I cannot have anyone rent with pets. Priced with utilities and monthly cleaning included (common areas and bathroom professionally cleaned). Prefer tenants who do not cook too often.
