I am a respectful working professional with a calm, health focused lifestyle. I do yoga and meditation and am starting Brazilian jiu jitsu and swimming. I eat a normal balanced diet and may get back into meal prep, so I keep shared spaces clean. I usually go to bed by 9pm and wake up around 4am, so a quiet environment at night is important to me.
