Hello! I'm graduating from James Madison University in December and looking to sublet my room in Pheasant Run Townhomes from January - July . Does not have to be the entire spring semester! Perfect for transfer students or anyone needing housing after a Fall study abroad or internship program 🙂 I live with 3 lovely senior girls all graduating in May.
**ADDED PERK: The roommate I share a bathroom with will rarely be at the townhome since she is moving home to student teach, so you would basically have it all to yourself!**

The 1st floor of this 2-story townhome features an entry closet, guest half bath, a very spacious living room and kitchen (fully furnished), washer/dryer, large utility closet, back deck, and attached storage shed. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a long hallway closet. Each bedroom has a closet and comes with a double bed frame & mattress, wooden desk, desk chair, and a dresser with 4 drawers.

Rent is $ a month (utilities included). It's by far one of the most affordable options in Harrisonburg, AND it's right down the road from JMU's main campus. You may not even have to worry about driving to class because there is bus stop located at the front of the neighborhood that arrives every minutes. Pheasant Run also features a direct entrance into Purcell Park.
