Large master bedroom w/bathroom!

Hello,

First- I would like to mention that this room is available for FEMALES only- sorry but it is more comfortable for the other female students in the house.

The room is available on December 1st. The house (not basement) is a 3 minute walk from Joyce Skytrain Station- super close and convenient!!! If you take the train you will only need a 1 zone pass to go downtown (roughly mins)

🚊 It is also only 2 sky train stops to Metro town if you like to shop :) Honestly, it is s great location and super central to the city. Everyone is happy with the location!

🍱 There are lots of restaurants and stores in the area- A&W, Trees cafe, Tim Hortons (opening very soon) Taku Sushi, Fresh Slice Pizza, Coco, Subway, Latin grocery stores, Chico Chicken and a Safeway located only minutes away.

🚴 Central Park is about a 7 min walk away :)

ABOUT THE ROOM…..This is the master bedroom in the house. Extremely spacious! It has its own bathroom (newly renovated). The room is fully furnished with a Queen size bed, desk, dresser. If you need blankets, I can provide that also. It has a large double closet- so tons of space for clothing. It also includes all utilities.

There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen and we have a nice NEW washer and dryer in the house to use :)

🚭 This is a SMOKE FREE, DRUG FREE, and ANIMAL FREE home. We ALWAYS keep the house super clean- as shown in the photos (NO mice or rats in the house- as we’ve heard of horror stories from other people).
