Looking for roommates

About the place: There are two rooms open in my unit at a nice apartment complex off South Meadows. It has an electric stove, and washer/dryer in unit. It is a corner unit and so has a lot of windows, lot of natural light and high ceilings. Decent kitchen space, lots of common area space that will be completely empty and available for use. I have the master bedroom and bath. One of the available rooms is bigger than the other, with a walk in closet. The other available room has a smaller closet. Both would need to share the second bathroom. There are two options, either looking for one roommate to pay one thousand fifty and we share the space of of the third room. You can have the second room and have the second bathroom all to yourself, and we split the common areas fifty/fifty. Or looking for two roommates who will share the second bathroom and the larger room will be and the smaller room ten. The rooms will be completely unfurnished and available to move in December 1st. Parking next to apartment buildings inside the complex.

About you: Looking for someone who is quiet, who doesn't have guests over often, who is clean and respectful of other people's space. I prefer living in a quiet environment vs having lots of loud guests over all the time and blasting the TV loud. I prefer an age range of mid to late twenties to early forties. Absolutely no drug users or heavy drinkers. Someone liberal. Student or working professional okay. Someone who will sign for at least months. I lean slightly towards no pets, but am open to dogs depending on the breed and size.

About me: I am thirty , male, I have a professional career, I work a normal schedule as a research scientist, I am quiet, clean and just keep to myself. I go on trips or outdoor adventures often on weekends. I am liberal and prefer roommates who are the same. Yes this matters.
