Looking to sublease at Hillcrest!

Hello! I am looking for a female to sublease for the remainder of the year or spring semester January-May at Hillcrest apartments. This is a bathroom apartment with many different amenities; like a gym and pool. Move in could be as early as December th.

I currently have one of the lowest rates for rent at $/month plus utilities. For reference the starting rate is currently $/month plus utilities. There are 3 girls who live here now and they are all super nice!
