I just moved back to Sarasota and I’m planning to rent a 3-bedroom house, hopefully centrally located or near downtown and the beaches, with a beautiful kitchen (yes, I cook… a lot… and yes, you will be tasting). I have a good amount of furniture — think modern mid-century, boho, cozy-artist energy — but I don’t have bedroom furniture for the roommate’s space. My college-aged daughter also stays with me when she’s in town for holidays or visits.
