New, looking for a room in Georgia

Hi, my name is Marcus. I am a -year old English and German speaking IT-professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Georgia, (the country).
I have a girlfriend for 7 years now and i will be working remotely most of the time. Good and stable internet would be a necessity for this. I am more of an introvert but funny and considered, rather clean and uncomplicated to go along with, all around a good roommate with extended coliving experience. My budget is $ and I would like to move by December 1. I would prefer to stay longer, months, maybe a year or even longer if circumstances allow it.
