Small apartment, I’m not home frequently. cat living there, wall AC Unit. Dish washer, garbage disposal, Fridge, microwave, lots of pantry space. Partially furnished. I will have you added to the lease, which they do a credit check and a background check. Credit requirement is I believe. The lease is up in July , and I will be moving out in the first week of June. You are welcome to take over the lease entirely yourself, or find a replacement for me, or end the lease in July. Since I will be gone in June, you would be responsible for June/July rent. I will pay a prorated of rent in June since I will need a few days to get out. The APT Lore is that I took over this lease from someone who also took over the lease, so it has not been renovated between tenants in a few years, so its a little outdated, has some damage, but it’s not a bad place. Plenty of street parking and it has a lot. Close to old town foco, but not so close its loud and annoying. No additional dogs/cats allowed. Fish+exotics are allowed though! I have a hamster and a very small beetle (neither are handled and just live their lives in their cages and are happy about it) NO SMOKING INSIDE - Pets have health issues that it affects.

Only I live there (spend a lot of time at gfs place). I have 1 large dog and 1 cat who are friendly. I am yrs, work at a vet clinic, and am not in school. I’m easy going, LGBTQ+, love TTRPGs and video games. I use he/him pronouns FTM. I don’t care if you wanna just live there and be roommates, with minimal interactions or if you want to be friends and what not. I’m friends with the neighbors across the hall, otherwise other tenants keep to themselves. All expect out of my roomie is that they are understanding, easy going, and considerate.
