Practical Details:

· Bills: All utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet) will be split evenly among the occupants. An upfront payment of $ per bedroom is required, which will be deducted from your first actual bills.

For the security and peace of mind of all tenants, the property entrances and common outdoor areas are under surveillance.

All rents are paid one month in advanced. Rent is due at the first day of every month.
