Unlike most roommate situations, I am rarely home and thus most of the time you will be alone to do what you wish as I work over night and sleep during the day. This is not just a room and private bathroom..but a share house type situation where you will have access to all common areas of the home / yard / pool / walking trail / dog park / multi purpose quad

I will not allow cats, other pets can be discussed.

Terms will start on a month to month term and can be extended if you so wish.
