Very nice with internet and TV including building is pretty quick and the apartment is located in the basement and we can have only cat's am not picky and very easy to get along with I am very open minded and respectful and easy to communicate with let me know your situation and we can maybe negotiate with the rent I prefer having a female roommate because my last one was a man and I didn't like it and I get along with women better than men and my parents are the janitor of the building
