I’m a -year-old professional working full time in the Derry area ( PM). I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful person who enjoys a peaceful home environment. I don’t drink or smoke, and I tend to keep to myself, spending most of my free time relaxing or with my boyfriend of years. He’s also , works full time on a similar schedule, and doesn’t drink or smoke either.

We have one well-behaved, litter-trained Siamese cat who’s years old and very sweet. We’re currently looking for a comfortable place for the three of us while we work on rebuilding our credit and continuing to move forward in life. We have no criminal record, no evictions, and no bankruptcies — we’re responsible, easy-going, and just looking for a calm, friendly place to call home.
