The place has furniture, but the bedroom is not furnished but can be for an additional fee. You are welcome to bring whatever furniture that you may have, all of the necessities are present and provided by me like the utilities cost and appliances. Landlord is super chill and is letting me be flexible with who I decide to bring on.
