Large, fully furnished bedroom in a clean, quiet home just 6 miles from DIA and 8 miles from Anschutz Medical Campus. Includes double bed, dresser, TV, nearly private bath, WiFi, and access to kitchen, laundry, gym (Peloton, weights), and outdoor space with hot tub.

We’re a friendly couple who have had tenants before and really enjoy sharing our space with people who are looking for a place to be for a time. He works from home, she works for an ENT doctor. We have sweet senior cat who is decently friendly for a cat but doesn't share well so we can't host tenants with pets (sorry).

Looking for a professional, quiet, considerate renter—ideally someone positive, health-conscious, and tidy.
