I have available a 1st floor bedroom in a beautiful town home with private bathroom for you plus all shared amenities (kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi internet, flat screen tv for kitchen/living viewing, lakeside backyard with outdoor seating, access to large well maintained community pool).

My bedroom is upstairs as is my home office so very spacious for 2 people. (I am NOT renting the 3rd bedroom located upstairs next to the master bedroom which I am occupying. )

I have a gentle rescue dog that sleeps upstairs with me that loves people!

I'm a divorced year old male with an extremely easy-going disposition that prefers a male roommate. Both of us should enjoy peace and quiet with no drama from outside. I'm a white collar professional (attorney).
