Four bedroom home with two rooms available, options to have room furnished on move-in, or bring your own furnishings. The house is located in North Natomas, and has close access to hwy , as well as not too far from the Sacramento Airport. Easily accessible to shopping and multiple grocery options. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with many nearby parks. If renting both rooms, you would get a discount and a private bathroom.

The rent amount includes water, sewer and garbage only. The electric, gas and internet are not included in the rent and are paid separately.

For a couple or family there will be the expectation of equal split per body/person of utilities, and a surcharge for each extra body per room ( per additional person per room, before utilities.)

If you want to rent both rooms I can consider a discount, and you would get your own bathroom for those rooms as part of the package.

Details: two bedrooms for rent. Possibility of a bed frame (queen size) and dresser/side tables if you are interested in that, but no mattress you will have to supply your own. Alternatively, can be completely empty for you to bring your own furnishings.
