Its a sq ft house with large rooms and large closets. Community with a park area. The rental would include the following utilities electric, water, internet (fiber), gas. The house also has a water softener. Cleaning is shared. Price is negotiable if you are offering a skill(ie handyman) or wanting to clean all areas or one of the smaller rooms.
