My name is Chris, and I’m a 2nd-year DPT student at UM. I’m currently looking for a roommate to take over my lease with me starting May th, but once signed, the unit is available as early as April 1st at a discounted rate of $/month until the lease renews in mid-May (at which point it will revert to regular pricing).

The apartment is a bath in Riverview One Apartments, located in downtown Miami — about minutes from the main campus and less than minutes from the med campus. It’s a corner unit on one of the top floors, already furnished, with great views and natural light.
