Rooms available in female house slc

I have rooms opening for rent June 1st (potential to move in earlier) in a cute bath house in East Bench, SLC — super easy access to I-, cottonwood canyons, the U! I live in the master, so common areas are already furnished, bedrooms are not. I like to keep a clean house, so looking for tidy roomies:) Preferably +, female, friendly, ideally U students but ok if not. House has a beautiful view of the valley, big yard, lots of street parking, in a quiet cozy neighborhood with access to lots of walking trails. I have a cat as seen in the pics, he’s super chill and funny, his litter box and stuff is in my room so no smell. Any other pets would have to be approved. Each room is $ per month (depends on room) and they are spaciousss. Feel free to message for more info and pictures:)
