My fiance and I are seeking a roommate starting in May. $ per month all untilities included- Full Bathroom/1 Garage Parking Space.

We are seeking a renter to take over a lease spot for a private bedroom with enough space for a queen bed (") with a closet and built-in shelving. You'll also have a private full bathroom with tub/toilet/sink next to the bedroom and a parking space in the garage. The complex has access to a full pool and hot tub (outdoors), a gym with showers, a community grill area, a park, and Stonefire Pizza right next door. You will have access to a third of the storage space and fridge/pantry space. We have 2 cats and they only allow 2 pets but you are welcome to bring a small contained animal aqarium/terrarium based. The room should be ready to be moved into by May, but there may be some flexiblity if you need to move in sooner.
