I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The lease ends in September. I am having to move back home to Oklahoma for personal reasons. I am looking for someone to move in before March 1st but am flexible since it’s so soon! My current roommate James is very nice, and clean and easy to live with.

You would have your own room and own bathroom directly next to your room. The apartments are the bloom south coast apartments right by south coast plaza. I love the apartments in the year I’ve lived here and the leasing office department is great! The apartment has great amenities and you wouldn’t be a deposit as it was already paid by myself when I originally moved in. YOUR HALF OF THE RENT
