Looking 4 quiet responsible roomie

Hi friends! I need a new housemate! The house is located in Tahoe Park. Available and possibly later.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Neither bathroom is attached to a room. tub. The third smallest bedroom is currently being used as an office with my housemate. I WTH 3 days a week (Mon/Weds/Thurs).

There is a garage for storage, an extra room for dance/yoga, and a large yard with a bonus “tea shed/she shed” This photo has my full aerial rig up, but it is rarely up these days.

With two people the rent is around $ each.

My ideal would be to find one roommate.

ABOUT ME:
I am /F, work for the state full time). On the side I run a circus group called Aries Moon Circus. There are circus things here occasionally. I like to move a lot and would love to live with someone else who prioritizes movement!

Yoga, dance, etc. Not a requirement, we just have a nice space for it 🙂

I am pretty quiet and clean, and am looking for similar in a roommate.

LOOKING FOR:
Ideally looking for a woman around my age who works full time. Would consider a dude but it’s not my ideal.

Preferably looking for someone health and movement minded. Creative individuals are a plus! I am friendly and do not drink alcohol. I do not like any kind of nose drug in my living space.

PETS:
I'd like to get a dog, but don't currently have one. If you have a pet, it could also work. No "aggressive" breeds (per my PM) allowed. There is pet rent and an extra deposit for that.
