Room available starting March

Hi gals/guys! I have a room available coming up in March. The bathroom is mostly for the roommate since we have our own but it is the hallway bathroom so occasionally our guest do go in there when they come over. We have a dog already so preferably no pets or kids. If you have any other questions I’d love to answer!
