I am looking for a roommate to share the rent starting April . The available room is private with its private bathroom, private parking is available, the apartment has a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The building has a gym and a social park. The rental cost includes water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. My current roommate is moving to NY on April years old, I currently work as a server and dance instructor, and I am also studying music. I consider myself a calm person, I don't smoke or drink.
