Looking for a female roommate to share a bath apartment. The apartment is bright and furnished with ceiling to floor windows. The available room currently has a queen bed frame and a computer desk with the option to have it unfurnished if that is preferred.

Seeking a professional with secure income and a LinkedIn. Preferably someone who does not work remote, is clean and organized.

Location: This apartment is located in West New York, NJ about minutes to New York City. New Jersey Transit bus to the city is conveniently located 5 minutes away walking distance. Centrally located this apartment is close to Edgewater, Fort Lee and Hoboken and is close to many restaurants, gyms etc. West New York has some of the best views of the New York City Skyline.

Utilities are not included and we would share electricity and Wifi expenses evenly. There is a $ building maintenance fee and $ parking fee which is optional.
