The room is in a beautiful penthouse right off 4th Avenue. It has a beautiful -degree view of the North Shore. There are two balconies, so you’ll have the main one connected to the living room to yourself, which is perfect for some private outdoor space.

The apartment has been recently renovated, and the kitchen is modern and super functional. There’s in-suite laundry (a lifesaver), and the bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, organized closet, and TV, so it’s ready for you to move in. If you’re a cyclist, there’s secure bike storage too.

The location is incredible, living off 4th means you’re close to amazing cafes, shops, and parks, with easy access to the beach and everything Kitsilano has to offer.

I also have a robot vacuum and a cleaner comes once a month.

If you really need a parking spot I could ask the neighbours if any of them would sublet a space they’re not using but no promises.

Move in date is flexible.
