I am looking for a roommate. It’s a 3 bedroom house, 1 bathroom. Common space is already fully furnished & decorated. Hardwood floors throughout bedrooms and living room. Your bedroom includes two windows. Plenty of parking including driveway and on the street. Fenced backyard with covered back patio. Amenities include air conditioner, dishwasher, in unit laundry, home gym, art space, workshop & storage. I have a dog and my medcard. I am gay, so with that the house decorations include pride flags on front exterior. If interested, I’d love to schedule a time we can meet, maybe get boba? If we click then we can head to the house and give ya a tour! (We can also facetime in advance and I can walk around the property to show ya before we even meet up.) The location of the hoyse is about 5 minute south of downtown Colorado Springs. It is within a couple minutes walk of restaurants/ stores including both grocery and pharmacy.
