I have a room available in Maylands available from mid-January. I prefer a long-term stay.
It's located on Caledonian Avenue close to the Swann River.
Bus stop at door. Maylands Train Station is a short walk. Close to the airport.
Coles, IGA, Chemist, GP Clinic, restaurants and Post Office are all within a short walk.
Outside parking is available onsite. It's a very quiet single-story villa-style unit, with 9 units total.
I am a quiet person who keeps regular hours and would like a quiet, tidy and reliable person.
You must love dogs! I have a 9-year-old Border Collie x Red Heeler who doesn’t play well with other animals, so she could not be left unsupervised with any other pet!
