i’m looking to sublease my room in my bath apartment at the landing starting now until ! the room has its own bathroom with a bathtub and is fully furnished! rent it $ before utilities, but January is already paid for and i’d be willing to pay utilities/negotiate the price! you’d be living with one other girl and her two cats that are so chill and sweet, one of them you won’t even know is really there. there’s amenities like a shuttle that can take you to campus, a two story gym, pool, basketball and tennis courts, and a hiking trail. you’ll have an in unit washer/dryer and a private patio. please message me if you have any questions or would like to schedule a time to stop by!!
